ALYHO is a South Carolina–based painter whose work explores themes of womanhood, motherhood, and identity through expressive line work and storytelling. Aly creates work that reflects both personal and collective stories—drawing from individual and shared life experiences her audience can relate to. Painting is her act of resistance, her way of fighting fear, and you can feel that emotion in every piece.
