Tin Man Oils is a small independent condiment company based in Saxapahaw, North Carolina. What began at the farmers market selling fermented foods has evolved into a line of small batch finishing oils made with grit, care, and curiosity. Led by Taylor, crafter of flavor, with Alison shaping the brand’s visual identity and voice, Tin Man is rooted in hands-on craftsmanship and adventurous, thoughtful flavor. We make food for people who want to bring a little extra to the table.
